Customer’s Ratings and Reviews on a Platform

On March 30th, 2021, Upstart Commerce proudly announced the release of its Ratings and Reviews platform.  The Ratings and Reviews platform is a central connecting point between the customer-facing platform and the product management platform. 

The following are the most significant points of the released platform. 

  • The platform supports review moderation where a moderator can accept or reject a review or a comment. 
  • The platform supports media which means that the customers can add multiple image files in a review with certain validations.
  • Responses can be written for the submitted reviews by the customer support representatives.
  • The platform offers interaction with reviews such that comments can be added on published reviews and the reviews can be voted up or down.
  • The platform is fully customizable for the customers.

The Ratings and Reviews platform will keep you organized by allowing you to manage reviews across marketplaces. In addition, it will enable you to filter through reviews, and add dialog, which makes the commerce platform customer-friendly.
